Dr. Pradip Chandra Dash is well-known person in plastic surgery field in Bangladesh. He has 18 years’ experience in plastic surgery. He obtained his MBBS from Dinajpur Medical College under Rajshahi University in 2002 then he entered to post graduate training in plastic surgery and completed MS in plastic surgery from Dhaka Medical College under Dhaka university in Jan/2010.

Just after completion of his post graduate degree, he entered to government service. As a government employee, he served at upazila level hospital for 03 years. Then he took charge of a newly established plastic surgery department in Mymensingh Medical College Hospital as chief plastic surgeon. He worked there for a long time until joining as Registrar of Plastic Surgery in Dhaka Medical College Hospital. On 2016 he promoted as assistant professor of plastic surgery department in same institute and from 2019 he is working in Sheikh Hasina National Institute of Burn and Plastic Surgery as Associate Professor(C.C.)

Dr. P. C. Dash has an outstanding professional carrier. He took part in specialised training courses and workshops on home and abroad. Inside the country he attendant training program like INTERPLAST, EMSB (Australia-New Zealand), INTERBURN etc. He got training in different international courses held in England, Singapore, Thailand, China, India, Malaysia in the field of Cleft and Craniofacial surgery, Microsurgery and Super microsurgery. He presented academic papers in national & international conferences and published dozens of scientific articles in different journals.

Dr. P. C. Dash is very enthusiastic and visionary plastic surgeon with tremendous working energy. He has proved himself expert on multiple super-specialities in Plastic Surgery like Cleft and Craniofacial surgery, Oncosurgery, Trauma reconstruction and Hand surgery, Microsurgery and Super microsurgery as well as Aesthetic surgery.

He successfully completed the first case of super microsurgery in Bangladesh. He also performed couple of successful major replantation Surgery. He experienced more than 5000 cases of Cleft & Cranio-facial surgery for last 12 years. He is now working as Project director and chief cleft surgeon of a smile train centre within the country.
He was honoured several times by International Microsurgery Club(IMC), Interactive Plastic Surgery Network(IPSN) as "Best Case" winner.
